JPL Architectural Design have worked on a wide range of design projects. From single room extensions to complete new builds, all are approached with the same commitment and attention to detail, ensuring a high quality outcome.

We will undertake a full survey of your home - establishing existing construction methods, and advise on any limitations on your proposals. We will prepare draft drawings along with existing and proposed plans and elevations of your property, and submit these to your local planning authority for planning permission, if required.

Our architectural design services include making minor amendments for planning permission and liaising with the planning department to resolve any issues. We will prepare detailed construction drawings and obtain structural design calculations for your proposed project, and submit for Building Regulations approval.

If required, we will serve the first stage Party Wall Act Notice(s) on the adjacent neighbour(s), and provide an additional set of drawings and specifications for building estimate purposes, and for use during the construction phase of your project.

Home Extension Design

JPL offer expert design and planning of extensions and conversions throughout Worcestershire. We specialise in single and double storey house extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions.

New Home Design

We provide new house planning and design services in Worcestershire and the surrounding counties. JPL excel in new home plans and architectural design for the construction of new builds.

Adaptation Design

If you are looking for disabled adaptation design in or around the Worcestershire area, then JPL are available to help. We provide services for clients who require disability adaptations for their homes.

  • At this free consultation, we will discuss your project, assess whether planning permission is required, advise you about Building Regulations, any first stage party wall act notices, and all relevant fees.
  • Fees will depend on the size, location and complexity of your project. Also, the level of our involvement. We will also advise you about any additional fees which may be required. For example structural engineer’s calculations or a land surveyor’s topographical report.
  • Once you are happy with our fees and indicate that you wish to engage us, arrangements will be made for a follow up site visit in order to carry out the necessary surveying and photographing of your property and land.
